As we expected, COVID is forcing some changes, in this case it's to our team rules. Attached is the updated rules/form.
IF you haven't signed yet, you can print and use this one (there are amendments to line items 4 and 7).
If you are already signed, you don't need to sign and return this update, just make yourself aware of the amendments to line items 4 and 7. This will be what we are going with.
